To facilitate exhibitors in the construction of the stand, two agreements have been activated for the set-up:

- Set-up days: 2/3 December 2024
- Expo hours: from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
- Opportunities: after 06.00 pm it will be possible to organize convivial events by agreement with the LIFT EXPO ITALIA Organizing Secretariat
- No. 1 bar on the ground floor. No. 1 bar and private restaurant area in the balcony
- 1 internal parking space per exhibitor: €15.00 /day
